Because CLAT PG is a judgment based paper, the chances are more likely that old criminal laws will come.

CPC is not specified in CLAT PG syllabus, but their syllabus is not exhaustive so they may ask questions from CPC as well. Though, CPC is not a very important subject as of now for CLAT PG.
