A huge eye opening statement for me was “we are easy to judge ourselves based on our intention yet we judge others by how they made us feel”. I think taking a step back and looking into intentions of others can help in all relationships!!! And can help alleviate conflict where there shouldnt be any!

It's so refreshing to see you put so much care and thought into your day-to-day things and habits, even and especially the smallest ones. I'm obsessed with this new concept. I really like the RECAP series!! quick tip, i think you're wearing the loop earplugs the wrong way. try turning the circle to stay on the inside of the ear not the outside :)

Love the earplugs! I don’t leave the house without them. Just check that you need to twist them the other way - otherwise they won’t go deep enough!

I wanted to comment about the parents and mental health /expectations you touched on! I actually had a very similar conversation in therapy today. I mentioned how I’ve noticed things my parents are changing/working towards strengthening our relationship and I wondered “why now”? And she told me an analogy I absolutely loved. She said, “when we knit a blanket, we have a stick in each hand and string along with it. Both hands have to do a pattern of their own, that combined make the blanket. But if you decided to have just your right hand change the pattern it was doing, and the left hand stayed the same - you’d still get a new pattern in the blanket. So even if only one hand is making a change and the other chooses not to, the pattern can still shift in a new direction”. So as much as we may want our parents to adapt and learn and change in ways, we can’t control that other hand in this blanket. But we can only control ours. We can break up the pattern that had been done for years and years and start a new one. ❤️

I'm so happy every time I see her posts! Also just purchased CYKLAR I'm freaking in love! if you've been debating, GET IT! you'll love it. It just goes in so smoothly and it's literally the best. My skin has been so hydrated and healthy coz of it. I suffered from eczema during and after my pregnancy. This helped so much! I'm going to be honest, I was a bit worried about this new format, sitting in front of a camera and going through the letters didn't seem like an interesting concept in a long run but this video proved me wrong. The q&a aspect about relationships, grocery haul, footage with the dog... all of it helped me keep watching and honestly I felt like the whole thing was no longer than 10 minutes.
