Claudia just a heads up on the eyelash serum- it can melt the fat in your eyelids if it's anything similar to Latisse. Once I found that out from a dermatologist, I switched to castor oil and it works pretty well with no risk- anyways love the video as always

The worst thing about her vlogs is that they end!, I love them so much,, I've noticed that you eat kind of a big meal right before you go to the gym and that maybe why you feel tired or not ready to go in, I feel that too but it may help if you wait for 2 hours or 4 to go especially after high protein meals, and just get a snack on the way, hope this help❤
