What makes you doubt it? What technology do you prefer for implementing cross-platform mobile apps?

Microsoft doesn't use its own technology(maui) for any of their app, so it will be dumped in a few years

I agree that Microsoft need to start using its own technologies for it to have a future. Otherwise, if their popularity doesn't pick up by itself, the investors will eventually want them away. I'm thinking of Blazor and MAUI here.
