YaKuze business Mini game (Boxing Management): The player gets access to the Boxing Management mini game in Chapter 3. Kuze can adopt fighters under his belt to train them. Each fighter is defined by a few stats: Strength (which measures the amount of damage their punches do), Agility (which affects their chance of dodging attacks), Toughness (which affects the amount of hits they can take before being knocked down), Skill (which affects their chance of landing a blow), and Tenacity (which affects the chance they'll get up after being knocked down). Fighters are also defined under 3 types of styles: Power, which focuses on unrelenting force (Strength Oriented), Tech, which is all about Technique (Skill Oriented), and Heat, which lets them get stronger the more hits they land (Tenacity Oriented). Kuze can also spar with his boxers to build up either their strength, skill, or tenacity (depending on if they're a Power Fighter, Tech Fighter, or Heat Fighter). Kuze earns money by putting his boxers in matches, and having them win. Before a match, Kuze will have an option to "pep talk" their boxer before the match. This will open up a minigame where you pick either "encouraging" statements, "degrading" statements, or "neutral statements". Encouraging statements will give a small boost to either their strength, skill, or tenacity (depending on their fighter type) with a slight risk of no effect. Degrading statements can offer a large boost to either strength, skill, or tenacity, but has a chance to lower them. Neutral statements will not lower or raise the stats. Kuze will get to pick 3 statements to say before the fight. You can recruit fighters by either winning fights, finding them on the streets, or completing substories. This minigame is purely monetary, and offers little to fighting besides the sparring matches.
