This man is the definition of beautiful. A killer ( who killed only to protect his country ) who discovered meditation and adds meaning to others life including his own. The man went to one extreme ( he was an ace operator, spent 1.5 years continuous in Deep Ops ) and now devotes his life to help others see the strength in themselves, hence serving humanity. His life has MAJOR lessons for the world.

My husband is also ex service whenever i hear Jacob sir i see so much similarities in the mens from uniform. Their positive thoughts, never worried about future, living in present, Nation before Self, life is about living with what you have and not to run behind luxuries.
