I cannot for the life of me get used to Quake Live's default HUD. So I use a custom HUD of course. Can't ever seem to remember that the default weapons list is vertical along the upper-left-hand-side of the screen. I'm glad you can put the weapons list horizontal along the bottom of the screen, but I really think this should be the default. I don't know when the hell Steam decided to make the worst default HUD for Quake Live ever, but they... well they made the worst default HUD for Quake Live ever lol. I started playing Live after it went to Steam, so I don't know what the HUD was like when it was a browser game. Regardless, Quake Live is currently my favorite game, and basically the only thing I play now. Once you're good enough to get at least a 1.0 K/D ratio, you're hooked. It's like crack cocaine addicts; gotta get my Quake Live fix just about every day now, more addicted to this game than any other in my entire life.

Quake Live is a wonderfull game. I've been playing it since it actually went beta on web browser, before that Q3 of course. One of the best quake multiplayer games ever, but Quake 2 is still closest to my heart or where.. these days Ive only playing Quake Champions / BF V and / Apex Legends

Yeah Facey, I totally agree. Been playing QL since 2010 and still do. To me it's the best game ever and my fav game for sure. Just can't stop playing. It's like a drug haha.

@@disruptor6550 I wish Quake Champions wasn't mostly lobbies. At least it seemed to me I was spending more time in game lobbies than actually gaming. Thankfully it looks like Quake Live will continue to stay Live. You can even get high on your own supply!

Vanilla quake live looks so slow after having played PQL even with clawz playing it. I would really like to see him try PQL someday. He is good and fast enough to win even against the best in it i think.

@@someguy2775 good idea is to download a pro players config and then set your sens/binds/fov so all the important settings are on.

That lg drive-by at 7:20 looked so smooth, I can't do that with my low sens. This inspired me to use accel

You can do that with a low sens, you just need to get used to it and have a fkin big mousepad.
