Wow the passion with which he sings that song is amazing. The few times I have watched him sing, it is with such conviction and emotion. Well done. Don't care about the personal stuff..if a singer moves me that is all I am looking for and this performance moved me. And I have to agree with a few others his being gay and not admitting it straight away was simply his business, if others are out and proud good for them. Simply none of my business...the voice is what I listen to.

The public does not hold entitlement to every personal item about an artist! If you don't like Clay then go and post on another artist's video who you do like.
