Reminds me of the clay walls in my Grandmother's house in Tokyo when I was growing up in the 60's and 70's. Brings back nice childhood memories. And the addition of cool trip-hop tunes. Great video, edifying and relaxing. Thanks from DC!

I just want to thank you / your video crew for putting so much care into choosing how to convey information. Your clips have such density, flow, clarity, and conciseness - and you do all of that (that I have seen so far) without even speaking. It's a real treat for those of us who pay premium for our own time. THANK YOU!

This is such an amazing channel. Not only amazingly creative in materials but, in technique and instruction as well.

Love this technique. Less expensive, easy to get the materials, can go over most any kind of wall... perfect for remodeling.

This channel is a gold mine. KZbin should offer the option to like again when you come back after a while! I had to share it again to try and give back what you give us. I've started to coat my earth/lime and river rocks walls (in an over 300 years old house) with cob to fill in the gaps between rocks, and I am slowly getting to finish coatings, making tests on the already dried walls. Your videos are incredibly helpfull. Thank you!

i love it! We mixed a lot of dry horsepoop in our clay to make it more resistant to water, it worked quite good as well. Not as good as your PRC Mix but good enough for our walls. would love to see a video about mixing clay with horse or cow poop! there are almost no informations about that in the internet and we had our troubles mixing it into the clay. Keep up the good Work! After my Education to a Carpenter i will apply for an internship at the Canelo Project for sure! Much love and Greetings from Germany Valentin

Amazing and THANK YOU!! Does this act like clay plaster in the sense that it will hold and release moisture from the air? Also, we don’t have to strip the paper off the drywall? Can we use the wheat paste directly on the drywall without painting it first, then proceed?

How do you think the properties would chance for different sources of cellulose fibers? I'm thinking for example to use the kind of bulk insulation cellulose rather than TP. This is overall very interesting for renovation projects, I feel like, since there you might find yourself dealing with lots of cracking-prone heterogeneous material interfaces.
