Fir toh pura bharat bhayankar roop se kuposhit hota agar aisa hota toh mam. Par aisa nahi hai. Pressure cooker se nutrients kam hote hain par itne nahi. 100% nutrients nahi mil skte hain jaise he hum fal sabzi wagera ko katne lgte hain nutrients nasht hona (oxidise) hona shuru ho jate hain. Mitti ka bartan agar aisi mitti se bna hai jis mitti mei vishaile tatv mil chuke hain toh wo bhi sehat ko nuksan pahunchata hai. Apne dil ko tassalli dene k liye ye sochna achha hai k mitti ka bartan he sbse sahi hai. Par ab ki mitti pehle k zamane ki mitti k mukable kuch bhi nahi hai.
