Claydon Direct Drill Demos Autumn 2020 - Part 1

This season I have a Valtra T234 tractor to drill across different farms in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. I'm using 3 different direct drills, a Claydon Mounted M4 (standard tine set up) a Claydon Mounted M4 (low disturbance set up) and a Claydon Trailed 4m Drill.
I also set up a T4.8 claydon seed drill in Hampshire on a deutz tractor and a 3m Seed & Fert claydon drill In Scotland on a Fendt tractor

Just wondering about another's Clayton machine the Terra disk would it break up burned off grass ground to prepare for reseed

Hi Patrick, yes the Terrastar will do a good job but will stay fairly shallow so if you’re looking to go deeper than about 50mm then you would be better off with a disc machine
