People fail to realize Boogerman is at least as strong as Superman after being resurrected. He would toy with Mastered UI Goku and stop Naruto w/ the Ninetails Fox with a single fart. Hes far stronger than Thanos with IG or Darkseid with the Anti-Life Equation.
