This week we are cooking Claypot Pork Belly with Salted Fish 咸鱼花腩煲. It's a well-known popular dish in local Chinese restaurant. It's extremely addictive and it's best to go with a bowl of hot steaming white rice! By looking at this dish it makes us feel hungry again!

-Claypot pork belly with salted fish 咸鱼花腩煲-
Pork belly 花腩肉350g - Remove skin and slice thinly 去皮切片
Green onion 青葱 - 1 stalk
Garlic 蒜 - 6 cloves
Red onion 红葱 - 1 pc
Soaked dried chillies 干辣椒泡软 - 6pcs
Ginger 姜片 - 8 slices
Mui heong salted fish 梅香咸鱼 - 30g
Oil 油 - 3 tbsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 - 1 tbsp

Oyster sauce 蚝油 - 1 tsp
Salt 盐 - ¼ tsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 - 1 tsp
Sesame oil 麻油 - ½ tsp
Corn flour 粟粉 - 1 tsp

Oyster sauce 蚝油 - 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 老抽 - ½ tbsp
Soy sauce 生抽 - ½ tbsp
Sugar 糖 - 1 tsp
Water 水 - 100ml
