The Walleye run has been cool. Every video is great but I’d be lying if I’m not dying for some laker sharp shooting. We’ve been hammering them and I love seeing those 40+”. Clayton, I must say that this video was a very refreshing pace. I love how you took the time to show us how you picked out the area, then narrowed it down. So many videos now are ""BEST WALLEYE LAKE EVER!" and it starts out with them hammering so many fish....but they never show the work involved getting to the point that they started at. It can take hours or even days to hunt down a honey hole and FFS plays little to no part in that.

It’s been a crazy year so far for wind. I’ve had to resort to going to Buffalo pound. I have a friend there with a pontoon so it’s pretty comfortable up to 50 km of wind.

So nice to see side imaging and 2D being used again, FFS is getting a little boring to watch, I miss the older technologies that didn't give everything away. I would agree with you Clayton that mapping lakes will add more pressure to the fishery, thats true for sure. But FFS is far more exploitive in my opinion, it litterly shows where the fish are, were mapping at least you have to put your knowledge to work to effectively fish structure. If you had to choose to ban one or the other for conservwtion purposes, i would say the obvious choice would be FFS, at least mapping adds an element of safety for the boater when they are on unfamiliar lakes.
