I have a good idea for a video: future Clayton should travel back in time 30 years or so, and fish with only technology from that era. Would be cool to see the difference.
@ClaytonSchickOutdoors2 жыл бұрын
I don't think I would enjoy that as much.... I love the technology and learning more about what the fish are doing.
@differentfins2 жыл бұрын
30 years ago I would bet the fishing was so good that the high tech equipment wouldn't make a difference. Fishing without technology will continue to get harder as our equipment progresses. Fishing pressure is ever increasing. That being said using the tech is fun and we just need to be more conservation minded to preserve the resource.
@bilbilly6252 ай бұрын
There is a reason there are bag limits in place for both hunting and fishing. The tech is there dont be a scrub and use it if you can afford it.

So what do I look for if im fishing lake trout in ontario in northern waters. Ive never tried but simcoe and the muskokas have lakers and i dont know where to start. Do i just look for humps like walleye? I guess in the spring they go shallow so i can cast swimbaits along the shore no? I dunno lol. Im more of a bass, pike, bowfin, sheephead, channelcat. Dont do trout and salmon but lakers are probably my favourite in those 2. Obviously no mega live. Just old school. 🤙🏻
