gamezone hub bro the reason gidle has more album sales is also because they have a large korean fan base. reasons people buy so many albums is because of you buy them from/in korea every few has this ticket thing which you can go to fansigns and meet them (from what i heard that’s what jyp does). international fans are less likely to buy a thousand albums because we won’t get that chance. that’s why it’s better to have a big domestic fan base because it increases sales. people will literally buy THOUSANDS of albums just to meet them. clc is a lot more popular internationally while gidle is a lot more popular with domestic fans. it doesn’t truly matter about who’s fan base is stronger or bigger or anything. take these two debuts, secret number and woo!ah! secret number’s music video has over 10 million views. they are a success and have a giant fan base for just debuting around a month ago. woo!ah!’s music video has around 400k on both 1thek and their own channel with their bside video getting over 600k. you would assume secret number is more successful but secret number’s album sales are over 2,000 and almost at 3,000 while woo!ah! is also over 2,000 sales. both groups may seem like one is more successful but they have different audiences they target too. secret number seems to gain international attention whilst woo!ah! gains domestic fans. in the long run maybe secret number will gain more sales and fans but no matter how many views they get, they’re not targeting the right audience. CLC’s main audience is international and that’s the only reason why when looking sales they lack. you talk like all of this is business and you know what’s what but you can’t seem to understand how important sales are and how targeting the right audience is. you blame clc and the fans when really it’s only because of the company. because instead of targeting international fans and doing things which would make them more likely to buy albums and raise sales like doing those things where they get a chance to meet them, cube has it where only domestic fans could, which’s is their smaller audience which leads to smaller sales. maybe understand more the business before you try being toxic and blaming others. bye bye sweetheart 🐸🐀🦟🤡👋🏼
