That's a really lovely 'get well soon' card Chrissie, and that brick wall embossed die makes a great background to your pot of orchids and the added trailing ivy, and the glaze does give a lovely shine when you buff it up, which shows up well in the close up shot at the end. x

Another lovely card and the hint of bricks works so well. I keep saying I am going to stop buying any more dies but I just had a look on Gummiapan UK. and they have these listed. You can guess where my next stop will be and of course I will probably find a few more dies fall in to my basket, then I will tell myself “No More Dies!!” (until the next time you tempt me). Thank you Chrissie for showing us more ideas for CAS cards. 🦋xxx

Ah, the things I learn from you. Taping a ruler to the front of a die in order to mark the back is genius. I would have measured it then, as you'd say, make a pig's ear of it.

Seeing your new ivy die reminded me that the additional die I bought to go with the ivy wreath wasn't ivy at all but holly! What a silly, silly mistake! Do I have any trailing ivy? NO! What an oversight. I only just recently found The Greetery. They have some lovely, lovely things. Speaking of lovely, that would be this card with its heartfelt sentiment and pretty images.

I agree with you on the glue press Chrissie. I do like it. But there are times when I still need my little mini bottle of glue as well. I'm shaky using it with small items, but thought perhaps I just need to get better at using it and that it was a me thing. LOL We shall see, but my mini glue bottle is still on my desk and always will be. A beautiful get well card! Love the planter with flowers and ivy trailing down. Hugs, Brenda
