@@PaolaPonceNails I struggled for 5 months with gel polish. Trying to figure out why my cuticle area always looked choppy. I was told to push it up but never told to get behind it. I was pushing it while on top of the bead. As soon as I put the brush behind it, I haven’t had any problems since. ❤️❤️ from a beginner licensed nail tech

I have 008 and I literally pulled it out to look at it as you had it on this video. Crazy how different it looks on camera! I almost wished I had bought 006 as my true red but 008 is a great color too. Definitely trying this technique next time. I've been having a harder time with bottles because some formulas get really finnicky if you apply too much and get bubbles underneath, eek!

Either will work! As long as your brush can tolerate the acetone.

I love this technique but I always struggle with the brush not actually pushing the bead and I’m scared it smudges the previous coat (when doing it with regular polish) 😭😭 do you know why this happens?
