Enjoyed your video! One suggestion is not to put your dishwasher pods in the liquid dish liquids compartment, drip it in the bottom of your dishwasher. Dishes will come out so much better.

My husband is not a plumber or electrician or mechanic but with KZbin people that shows their skills in videos on how to fix those things, my husband has learned a lot of things so we don't have to pay too much money fixing things,, not to mention he works as a construction and frames and do drywall and finisher and he has lear to install flooring and carpet and siding from a friend that show him those other things and is so helpful because he is now able to do changes in our home with out paying labor of course with my help 😁

Get a big white canvas and get some bright acrylics, and get your kids to paint it let them be the artists loved your video good luck 🎨

I think you’re doing well for being new in your house with two little ones. It was good that your husband was able to deal with broken pipe. I don’t use Pinterest but that would be a good place for you to get ideas for your fireplace. I have a painting above mine that my daughter painted when she was in college. On the mantel I have a pair of tall candlesticks. On the other side I have a tall blue glass vase with no flowers. It’s pretty enough by itself. 🤗

I have two boys and I was super clingy to my oldest before my youngest was born. He never went anywhere without me until he was 3 and his baby brother was born. Then I was the same way with my youngest. My oldest isn’t clingy to me but my youngest is a total mommas boy! He would rather be with me than anyone else

My girlfriend uses Purple Fabuloso (lavender scent) antibacterial cleaner from the Dollar Store. Love the scent, and it's also an all-purpose cleaner.

My favorite all purpose cleaner is Mrs. Myers lavender and thyme

My favorite AP cleaner is called Force of Nature. It's something you make in a little machine, it's water and vinegar and salt that goes through electrolysis (I may be wrong, I recommend looking it up) but it makes something similar to chlorine bleach that isn't as harsh. It is safe to use around babies and animals, I used it for about three years until my machine broke and I didn't have money to replace it. The most amazing thing is that I could clean the cat boxes with it (like the plastic) and it totally neutralizes the smell. And it's safe unlike bleach or other chemicals. Haven't found another product that does the same but it's not as affordable or convenient as stuff you can buy at a store. As far as store bought I LOVE the Method degreaser. I believe it's lemongrass scent. I used it on more than just super greasy messes bc it was a powerhouse, but smelled good, and it also worked really well for getting cat barf/hairball stains out of the carpet or fabrics before the wash. PS I'm excited for you to get a new dish washer! 😂

I am new to your channel. I subscribed for several reasons. My main reason was your recommendation to Clutterbug. I found that to be awesome. It’s great your husband learned to fix the plumbing. The men in my family are handymen. Dad a mechanic, brother a plumber, son an electrician, son owns construction company (builds new homes), nephew a bricklayer, hubby does auto body painting, brother-in-law does drywall and custom cabinetry. So, I have no clue what it would cost to hire any of them. I am blessed to have them and their skills in my life. I will let them know how much I appreciate them.

I love your video! As for on top of the fridge, I normally say no no but in our house we are limited on storage space, our kitchen is super tiny with only 8 small cabinets so the top of the fridge is used for specific cooking tools(griddle and crockpot) and cleaning supplies such as my swiffer pads and gloves and swiffer extras

Thanks Samantha! I hear you and know what it's like to have a small kitchen! The top of the fridge is a tough spot to keep clear! I have seen organizing videos where they put a trey / container on top of the fridge to keep the stuff together. AS for me, I just put a big plant on top of it to help reduce the temptation to put clutter on.

We take my granddaughter to Mothers Day Out every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 3. I am physically having a hard time taking care of her and she needs the socialization. I really call it Mimi’s Day Out.

I am watching along for inspiration and I’m now up to you cleaning your daughters room. You mentioned you weren’t sure what you want to do in there except that you’d like to get her a rug. I was wondering if she would like her walls painted a pale pink color and new matching curtains.

Jenia! Hello missed you!!! I look forward to your videos every weekend. Watching this I saw a clip where you were cleaning in the kitchen with baby on your hip and it brought me back to those days. My youngest baby is 16 now but I have five kids so I spent many years doing everything that way. Seeing this marathon reminds me you had different furniture placements. I like the table at the end of the island and it makes the island look larger and matches perfectly. I am still very curious to see your plan for your dining room. I remember you had very pretty furniture. I wonder if you have ever considered having your tv above the mantle and that pretty large shelving piece that used to be in your old dining room on the wall where the tv is. I am wondering how you are enjoying your new couch. Do you move it around often. I remember you didn’t put the new one on the wall where the old one was. I am curious what the kids play room looks like now. I remember at some point you took the kids toys out of that huge room and said you and your husband were making it his office space. What did you do with the toys are they packed away in toy rotation bins. Or did you get rid of many of them. I was wondering if you would be willing to do a whole house walk through update again. Since you moved in I’d love to see how all the rooms are evolving even if not finished yet. I recently rearranged my husbands small office/den an put in a new rug and art work and it looks like a different house. Also wondering if you still have plans to paint the cabinets, how the basement turned out, and if you had set up a craft area yet. Did you know they also have really nice easy to install backsplash stickers now, if you ever paint the cabinets and want to update the backsplash easily and inexpensively. I always enjoy your makeovers and craft diy projects. Loved the laundry room make over. I am always looking for ways to refresh my not so new home. Hope all is well.

Hello Trish!! You are right on point with the room questions, exactly what I have had in my plans and have been working on!! There are some news I need to share in my next video and also: - working on the dining room - decluttering and getting a dining table - basement project took me the longest but I finished decluttering and put things in place a bit better, will be showing in a video. - desparately want to paint kitchen cabinets and change backsplash , that will be quite a project , so I have not started on that yet -house tour is a great idea, i need to plan that too or may be even do a whole house cleaning video with every room on camera. 💕💕
