Thank you for your presentation. One my question, what type of the water or how much pure do you use for the pre-rinse? I'm curious whether the water is similar to WFI or RO system is enough to generate the water.

Usually, the pre-rinse water comes from the recovered last rinse water. The last rinse water is a mixture of water(tap water) + alkaline detergent residues. So no need either WFI or RO.

Can you explain a bit further about water recovery (after rinse of previous CIP used as a prerinse for next CIP) .How much water will be recovered?. In which all steps water is recovered? .Where is the water used in next step ?

Typically final rinse is recovered into a rinse water tank. That water is used for pre rinse of next object

Для того что бы не чистить паропровод необходима подготовка воды. То есть удалить из воды кальций. Если паропровод все таки нужно чистить то необходимо заполнить систему паропровода реагентом против накипи и включить циркуляцию на некоторое время. Потом слить в емкость и проверить состояние труб и радиатора. Ели не обходимо то повторить процедуру.
