If I have dataset with different variations of gender pronouns like below: he,him,his He / Him / His HE, HIM, HIS he him his he/ him/his he/him/his he, him, his HE/HIMHIS How can I go about standardizing the above to "He/him/his" using Power Query? Hey! Thank you! Try going first to change to lowercase all the characters, then to extract into separate columns each pronoun: he him his. Then you can merge them back into 1 column with a separator
