Never thought about using to clean mold!!! Great hint !!! AG noticed your batteries. Consider purchasing 2 now They will be in short supply or unavailable. Also a couple tires to fit your trailer. When not using cover tires Store extra tires in a cool area out of the sun. I’ll be getting a couple replacement tires for my wheelbarrow!

Thank you for this tip! We don’t have a travel trailer, but we do own a teeny tiny cabin at our church camp that gets that same mossy, moldy junk on the north and west sides. All the cabins are fitted close together, probably 3 feet apart or so, so the sun doesn’t hit everything there, either. Hope you have an enjoyable time visiting family!❤

Great tips AG! I’ve used Dawn dish soap but the mildew and mold can sometimes be a problem. I’ll try the dishwasher tablets. I like the idea of the mop for getting the rig clean from the ground! Have a blessed Memorial Day and remember the fallen. Safe journey!

It would be great if you had a pole barn to shelter the Jayco. But if you are like us, money wont allow it. There is a new trend in our area for boat pontoon trailer and RV storage. Its covered and may help prevent UV, seal and other damage. Of course that is likely costly as well.

Solar UV lights at night can keep it clean, and raise the level of security!

Be sure to check all the seams on your roof top, especially around the vent fan or the AC unit. We check our motorhome's roof annually. At some point you may need to apply some waterproof silicone caulking to prevent roof leaks. Roof leaks can cause the growth of black mold inside your travel trailer. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Wow! We have a trailer and I didn't know dishwasher soap would work on cleaning a trailer...after all, I don't have a dishwasher, but I think I'll pick up some dishwasher soap and give it a try.👍😁

Only tip I can give is to try & roll your awning out regularly to dry it bc under the rolls it collects moisture and molds. Hard way figuring this out was not fun.. Work out, forsure!
