I suggest doing the yard sale. We decluttered are house right before summer the first nice weekend it was a big hit. Whatever was left over the weekend we donated to women shelters.

I'm so happy you're still together. That explains a lot. I was picking up on something, but I didn't know what. I totally understand, it's a lot, doing it on your own. When our kids were small, my husband would be gone for a month or two at a time. Not easy!

Hey just a suggestion with the way the world is right now I give to the Salvation army because they give clothing & small appliances & toys & all donations to the state ur in so that's what I do I don't think I could ever do a yard sale to much work & at least I know sumone benefits & I don't throw things away.

My husband grew up going to and doing yard sales. He is one of seven so she needed the money. However he wants to cont to do yard sales and saves EVERYTHING!!! I however don’t want to mess with it. It’s just too much work not to mention having to store all the stuff all year until you can have it. Yeah! Not for me

You know I can’t believe that people don’t use a pillowcase cover, that’s why their pillows get so discolored. It eliminates the pillow being stained from oils on your face and hair ……not to mention drooling yuck.

You are right, so much can go on your pillow. That is why we use protectors and a pillow case. It prevents less of the yucky stuff going onto the actual pillows.

Just a suggestion, take things with you to do in your car while waiting to pick up your son, pay bills, a load of clothes to fold, clean trash out of your car etc.

For kids toys, go to IKEA and get the Kallax shelf and the Drona box. For the clothes, I'm not sure. That is something I am also working on myself. But the toys, you'll like for organizing.

Just take ur time .. as u declutter put all things u aren’t keeping in one area.. THEN … PLAN ur time to do it and get us sisters to help price them and it will be FUN and then u can either treat them or donate that money to a charity!! orrr treat the kids
