Thank you for this video. I have been stuck in a depressive episode myself for the past couple of months. I just sit and watch KZbin videos, haven't even added to my own channel in like a month. I have some sort of health issue which is causing me great fatigue no matter how much sleep I get or don't get... so that doesn't help either. 😒 I loved seeing all your kitties...I am a cat lover myself but I am not allowed to have pets in this apartment due to my landlords allergies (they live upstairs). I would say two hours of cleaning when you didn't want to do anything was a MAJOR accomplishment. Congrats. I haven't done anything today. 🙄 Again. Oh and I just subscribed, I want to see more of your videos and stay in touch with you. I like KZbinrs that keep it real and don't make every video look flawless and beautiful. Thank you for that!

People are definitely starting to be more open about it over time but it’s still difficult to share. I’m sorry you’re dealing with that, I know how much it sucks. I thought I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the longest time, turned out it was from other factors. But feeling exhausted when you’ve already slept is so frustrating. Thanks for commenting ❤ I definitely plan to make more mental health content.

Let me just say : "You Are Amazing!" ♡ Doing what you did this day was great! Honey , You did something ... The littlest thing : Bringing a dish to the sink ~ Maybe tomorrow : You wash the dishes = Its "Something" ? Even if : You get in the shower = its also "Ok" = to do for "Yourself"... Ive come to this : "Its ok not to be ok" = Just dont park it there....♡ Every day is a New Day ♡ You are only "One" Like you ~ I love my furr-babies : & all thow they are alotta work ...They help me to take a break & not be so hard on myself ... I know easier said then done , but when i put myself in my new mind thought : "I Am Worth It" ♡ ~ This helps me ~ Because if Im not well , who will care for my furr-babies ? They count on "Me" ... & ya know what = So rewarding They give such unconditional "Love" ♡ Every day try to do at least one thing - the littlest thing maybe what makes you feel better ♡ I hope it helps you ~ because You are Awesome! & You are Worth it ! ♡ Anyway love you & have a Great day ♡ Thank you for all you do xoxox ♡
