The house has been trashed, but a good time was had, and now it's time to clean up!

I also visited with the moms when my kids had parties. To also enjoy the party AND also i can appear quite rude and unwelcoming when you are cleaning up around your guests😅

I feel your pain when it comes to being vertically challenged I’m on just 5ft think I might have reached 5ft 1 but I get exactly what you mean! I’m so motivated now to clean windows and wipe window sills! I love how every room you show just feels so cosy and homely. Aw thank you. The hubby worked hard on them Christmas 2023. It's a wood stain, and the white is just gloss. Needs touching up now, but it's proving to be pretty durable with 3 or 4 kids running up and down them everyday! X

What spray were you cleaning your floors with claire?

I use the aldi or lidl all purpose cleaner. It's 85p a bottle, or something like that and really good. Just dilute it in the spray bottle, smells lovely and clean xx

Oh my goodness I used to have a bin like that and I hated fighting with it so we got a different rubbish bin and made that bin out recycling bin instead 😂 Oh yes I grew up on Fleetwood Mac!! Oh the washing it’s just never ends!! Honestly. But good way of looking at it! Sometimes it’s all about perspective isn’t it?

Definitely, perspective is everything! The bin lid is a bit broken now 🤣 but still works, and emptying it is definitely easier now the whole top comes off 😂xx

I think you are very brave. I always have a family at home birthday party but i always paid to go out for the kids birthday parties. The thought of a tonne of kids invading the house and making a mess and them touching things, moving things. I physically could not cope, so I spend several.£100 to go and do.things...not hard to know I have autism. Mess I can cope with, but them touching things, no. So well done you and I am amazed how calm you seemed to have been. Hope you and your family have a lovely Easter

Aw thanks! This is why I only had a handful of children to the party, I just can't accommodate a class full of kids all at home! But it was fine, you just have to go with the flow, and then deal with the mess afterwards 😂x
