To give u a short introduction for supp: U buy a supp item, there are 3 the coin , face of Mountain and Frostqueens dagger . U try to help ur adc as best as possible, for example if u see he gets damage (if u play a tank) u try to get alle the dmg. And the most important thing as a Support is called VISION u buy EVERYTIME Sightstone. And after u bought Sightstone u sell ur Ward Trinket and buy Sweepinglense and a Visionward. In generell u try to stay near ur ADC to protect him.

In honesty solo queue confuses me. The game is a team oriented strategy game, if you don't have a team you can co-operate with then what's the point? You can never rely on another player in solo queue because there's always the possibility that they're going to be absolute garbage even at a high elo. You need to be able to rely on a little bit of support when playing a game unless you're the type of person who just plays like a machine and never makes any mistakes. Solo queue is in no way reliable. It's completely random. It may show skill if you're able to carry games consistently, but if you make mistakes regularly you're pretty much fucked because you can't expect your 'team' to react to it.

I main support and my favorites are thresh and naut because they have very similar play styles but both are really pretty tough to kill and have just the craziest cc ever. Because they are front loaded with so much cc you can really focus on other stats more to compliment it and building just about anything except obvious troll stuff and totally body everyone.

TL;DR When Red gets owned: I literally couldn't do anything there (eventho in many cases he could've, like used nautilus shield not to die etc.) When reds teammates get owned: This X is literally useless. When reds team carries him: This is what I like to see. Literally just gets carried or cries.
