P&S Absolute vs ONR, which is better for weekend warriors, or beginners?

I've always used Absolute and don't have a reason to use ONR. I was a rinseless wash skeptic for a long time. IMO, whichever you choose, you'll be fine. It's about the correct dilution, washing media and technique. Good luck. I appreciate it when you Subscribe & Share with everyone you know!
