I am going to be the odd man out and say that this truck takes away the excitement of truck chasing. Waking early in the morning to the distant sound of the truck approaching and running out to film and record the sounds, only to be met with almost silence and the futuristic sight of a huge battery pack approaching. No plumes of smoke from the non existent stack and no exciting revs from the engine and a whispering crew who don't want to disturb the silence and the quiet hum of the battery power. I love this truck as a resident and an environmentalist but I hate it to hell as a garbage truck enthusiast. Excellent video and an interesting find. Well done GP500 👍👏

really enjoyed this one. Don't mind the Volvo cab and its electric packs, looks pretty good in my opinion. intro is great Aswell!! down 'ere in Victoria I've seen a truck identical to this but for Corio waste, havent been able to film it but i think its electric like this one here.
