This whole thing seem so one-sidedly in favour of Mickey to me. This isn't something new... this is something that was built up. Mickey was told to chill. Mickey was told he would be killed. Well, I think Mickey developed an inferiority complex during his time with CG, and by the time he came to CB, he found the opportunity to become a bully to Ray. But ofcourse both of them are in the wrong, but bottom line is, what Lang, Tony and everybody else is saying is that what Ray did is not what CB does. I hadn't thought this before Sykkuno brought it up, but when Ray said he'd shoot Mickey on the job, that could have been an invitation for some of the rest of the femly to intervene. I think none of them took Ray seriously. Was Ray in the wrong? Definitely. But we're not our best selves when we're in our feels and if the rest of the femly present had any empathy for Ray they might have been able to disarm the situation. Unfortunately, none of the femly present, Mickey included, cared enough about Ray's feelings to pause when he made it clear how he felt. Mickey saying it was for Egg makes it seem like Ray was putting himself first, which is kind of true, but everyone involved put Ray dead last.

he made it extremely clear that he didn’t care about the job in any way shape or form. instead of listening when the plan was being explained he was on the phone with kitty. she told him multiple times she didn’t want the car he was offering her but he dragged out the phone call. he could’ve called her later but he chose to do it at a bad time when everyone in the car except him was focused on planning. egg told him multiple times to get off the phone and pay attention and he wouldn’t. so mickey drove over the fire hydrant as a joke. ray shot at everyone in the car so they left him behind to cool off. ray didn’t give a shit about the bank job for egg. mickey had barry and harry call him to try and get him back on the job to help with the escape but ray only wanted to hunt and kill mickey. ray said multiple times that if he was on the job, that he would shoot mickey and escape the cops without him. i don’t understand why yuno is zeroing in on ray getting kicked off the job since the only thing ray was willing to do was ruin it. that being said, this rp is spicy. 😊

Because the boys accepted him so easily, he became more bold... and being with Buddha, and actually having an input for once... he grew quite the Ego... even though most people won't see it. The thing that got left out in this is that they left out mickey messing with ray for months and ray told him to stop but he didn't. Mickey didnt deny messing with Ray, Yuno already has context for that, and has known about it for a while. They brought it up later in the meeting, and universally agreed Mickey needed to treat Ray better. Dont get me wrong, Mickey definitely is responsible for pushing Ray over the edge. However, Ray didnt just retaliate toward Mickey. He outright threatened to sabotage the entire job just to get back at Mickey, which also hurts Egg, Barry, and Harry. Its gta rp in the end most of these people are too invested in their own characters just as much as us the viewers. They're humans like the rest of us, the thing I feel like everyone is overlooking is the fact that it takes two to tango. Ray did the worst thing possible, but in reality if he went to the family to talk about this he would've just been ignored and mickey would continue his bantering with ray. While ray is a guy who can't take jokes especially when it comes to mickey, mickey is also someone who can't take things seriously, he always has to have the last word and is very good at pushing peoples buttons. Mickey was taunting ray throughout the whole situation when he was kidnapped, even at gunpoint he didn't value his life at all (he did this before with the yacht incident with cg), because in reality its a game and he knew he wasn't going to perma his character. The thing is as much as this is rp and everyone keeps saying its rp, the truth is they both did things because of their ooc feelings. Because of the actions both of them did in the heat of the moment the family has been broken, and now its gonna have repercussions on not just ic things but also ooc things. While they all might be friends that doesn't mean they are perfect and always going to be happy about another's decision. (for those who don't think either of their streamers showed ooc tendencies just look at how how they both perceived the action of the other. mickeys reaction to ray asking about mickey also being sent to parksons, rays action of constantly being bent on the matter if anything was being done to mickey, and his reaction to finding out mickey seemed to not feel anything on this matter and was living his best life) Nobody cares but my take on this is if this doesn't get resolved it cuts ray off from the family which is something he has become to be super invested ic and occ. Lang will see the fall of his family for the second time, yuno will lose motivation to continue to wake up in the city, im not sure about tony he seemed to just laugh everything off and side with mickey too much to the point where they probably thought the best solution would be for the family to decide to 51-50 ray or kill him (but he might be doing this to not want to see the family fall again), mickey is too invested in playing the victim and being surprised pikachu face about the whole situation and is manipulative. The family, guild, and everyone else involved have opinions on the matter when they don't have the full story without bias so they are just adding more fuel to the fire when its already a crappy situation. Oh also i'm not saying ray is innocent he did the most stupid decision ever and now he is paying the consequences, and he will have to deal with those consequences. While people say he is getting the most lenient punishment people dont understand how much someone's own guilt is way worse then any other form of punishment. You could hear how tired and how much he regretted his decision, while people seem to think his comments about mickey needing parksons (also ray doesn't get what parksons is or how serious it is) and group therapy were way out of line it is the truth. You can't put all the blame on one person and expect there to not be any problems in the future if the root of the problem isn't fixed. Now all we can hope for is this situation gets solved nothing major happens and the bois get back to the casino heist. Or everything happens in rp and whatever the outcome is the bois dont end up having to deal with ooc issues do to this. This is just my take and cause of this lil arc i've come to realize ive become too invested in gta rp to the point where I literally didnt watch anybody yesterday cause I was frustrated with all this drama.

In my opinion tho, Ray not 100% focusing on the Egg's Job instead he's focusing on the car which can be done in any other time. You can say Ray is serious but to me he's not serious about the job.
