Hi and thank you so much for your information! I make my own home hard surfaces cleaner with water vinegar and a minimum amount of surfactant. If I were to add the suggested percentages rate of fragrance to that it would be a drop and that would not give me any fragrance at all. Is there an work around?

So if I want to do 1% fragrance in a 30L floor cleaner, I need 300ml fragrance. If I wanted to add fragrance to a 30L finished product, what does the 30% fragrance in 70% surfactant mean? Is it 30% and 70% of the 300ml (originally required volume of fragrance)?

Some surfactants come in powder forms. You should be able to use it.
