Dear Eva, did your employer agree to do documents for your work permit? Is it possible? Because I applied in 12 months in by many companies but when they heard that I am not resident in Canada and I don`t have work permit, they don`t want to do documents for me. They always say: We hire just people with documents.

Tell them to give you job offer letter and use it to apply for work permit from your home country. Alternatively get a visitor visa, go to Canada and apply for the work permit in country. There's currently a temporary foreign policy allowing the latter option until February 2023
