Great video, as always. My first motoring memory was my dad telling me his Volvo 440 had wings and could fly. At the time, I believed him. He used to fly to school to pick me up every day, but then just drive home...

First motoring memory: VW Bug, Dad driving, he was 6’1” Mom in the passenger seat, with my twin brother on her lap, 4 bigger brothers and sisters in the back seat, myself and my younger brother in the little place behind the back seat. That’s nine people BTW, before seat belt regulations! It was hilarious watching people count how many people would come out of that little car.

My first motoring memory was in 1983/4, I was about 10 yo, and my Grandad used to let me drive his shining red Fiat 850 Coupe in his driveway, and taught me how to operate the pedals and how to park. It was awesome! I was feeling adult, and most important this sparked my passion for motoring that endures even today. Gary thank you for your questions, they are a good way to bring up some good memories! Cheers! Greetings from Italy! 🇮🇹

I was 4 years old, in my mom's 1975 Volvo 245 wagon. We were going up a super steep hill in Harpursville NY in the dead of winter during a storm. Halfway up, she lost traction, and did 3 360s and landed facing down hill facing my uncle in his yellow Camaro. It was super fun for me, but my sister and mom were screaming. Needless to say, we spent the night at a friend's house in the valley.

My first car related memory was my grandfather loading a tree stump into the trunk back in 1960. The stump was dug out of a dry lake bed. My mom wanted it to make a planter to decorate the entry. My grandfather thought the idea was ridiculous and a heated disagreement ensued. Mom got her stump and it decorated her entryway for the next 25 years. My next car memory was laying in the rear window of my dads Simca as a 5 year old. My brother still has that car.

First motoring memory was being driven home by my mother and getting rear ended by a drunk driver in a van. My parents had a Chevette with a 2.3 in it at the time. Hello Pal! Apologies incase anyone has mentioned this before - but i watched an AMMO NYC video recently and he polished headlights. He said when you do that, it strips the UV protection and they will soon dull/yellow pretty quick, so you may have to apply some UV protection liquid to help give it a resistance again. Just a possible tip! aw the best!

I remember when I lived in the cold state of Minnesota in the winters I would come down the alley alongside my garage do a handbrake 180 turn into my garage . Could only do this in the winter when there were snow on the road, would require too much speed and be far too dangerous to try it in the summer though! Not my first memory of motoring but it certainly made fun coming home some days.

One of my first driving memories was when I was about 4 and my dad let me sit on his lap to help drive his Hillman Avenger up the drive into the garage. But I got annoyed as he was really steering the car, I just had my hands on the wheel, so yanked the wheel to the right n smashed the corner a bit 🤣. Have you ever tried using Anti Static foam cleanser spray for plastics? I got the idea from when I used to fix car stereos, we used it to clean the fronts of the radios, and also the metal chassis. I started using it on the dash and side pillars, and if I got a drink spill on seats you can sometimes get rid of it by scrubbing that into it. But having seen this G101, will try that, but wouldn’t mind a good steam cleaner too!

Nice team effort :) Car became looking good! First motoring memory, that's a tough question. My first couple of months in this planet, I've been carried around in Fiat 600 and then my parents bought 1971 Opel Kadett B, which was our car from 1975 to the end of 1983, so I do have memories about the Opel, I just don't remember anymore, which one is the first memory :D

I'd say one of my first "motoring memories" was probably riding with my dad to the salvage yard for parts on many saturday mornings. Paul Harvey on the radio and the smell of my dad's pipe from the driver's seat. Good times.

Earliest motoring memory was sitting in the passenger seat of my granddad's Austin Princess and changing gear for him, he'd do the clutch and tell me which gear!
