No problem with accent, and anyways your work speaks for itself. captions are also very helpful. As per request at 7:37 if you do take seats out do you have bench space to clean them outside the car? If so a lot less strenuous doing on a bench or stand. Also might be easier to clean sides and front of them. Thanks for sharing
@autoshineblackpool6 жыл бұрын
It is easier to do them out of the car without a doubt, problem is with most things is down space and time. I had to put the seats back in as there was other stuff going on in the workshop that day and my units pretty small, so it was easier just to shampoo them in the car. In an ideal world I'd have unlimited time and budget but that's very very rarely the case.

Never feel bad for having an accent! It's a gorgeous accent. If they can't understand, all they have to do is look at the work you are showing. There's no need to understand verbally what's being done - simple, good, deep cleaning. I like your channel, you even share trade secrets with us, and that's a major bonus imho as other channels just hide it by doing transitions or jumping to the next step. It does no good for those who want to learn and apply! Cheers for being so lovely to us.

Why would anyone complain about your accent?! I'm currently on the other side of the planet (Australia), and I can understand you perfectly. An intoxicated Irish man I met in a hostel kitchen on the other hand... I could tell he was speaking English to me because the patterns matched, but after saying "pardon" half a dozen times, I had to just smile politely and nod. I love language and accents :)

I've found that most interior "polishes" often get oily and leave a nasty finish after a while. Lately I've been using Meguires ultimate shine. Spray it on a micro fiber and wipe. Fantastic product and lasts quite a while. Just a suggestion, but nevertheless great video 🤙.

Meguires protectant pre moistened wipes are my go-to when doing dash and console cleanup and shining. I always go in after with a microfiber cloth to knock down the shiny aspect, plus if you don’t it dries unevenly which bugs me.

A neat trick for cleaning interiors, especially steering wheels is to clean with a mild cleaner first time around. Then use a Mr clean magic eraser, if you have those there. They work fantastic in cleaning cars. Also the obly reason i dont like dash shine is because it leaves a grease feel if touched. Also overtime the product from the heat from the suns rays. Will make its way to your windows causing a nasty build up. And make you have to clean the interior glass alot.

Make sure you clean out the fresh air plenum drains. They prone to clogging and you end up with water in the foot wells. Remove wipers and panel below them to access. Water in this area hints at blocked drains. Gently clean with half hard plastic tubing. Push it through the drains and gently blow through. Remove any bio mass from the plenum.

Hot gun on low heat for bumper trim before dressing, removes oxidation better than any product. Bin the arseole (not a typo! 😂) spray and use a liquid dressing for a satin finish. Pre-Spray lower doors inside, floor mat and pedals before jet washing. Will save some time and effort. Car looks great. Slightly biased as I have a top spec model in the same colour. Great job kid!

Keep them coming, but could you just slow them down a bit .

Antonio Akiki most people are busy with stressful work lives but there is still plenty of us who put time aside to do these things. I for one enjoy it. Awesome video man, propeeeer jooob! Also (not really a cleaning tip) but if you ever have problems with seatbelts struggling to to retract or sticking too easily an easy trick is to get any Plastic based polish like Mr.Sheen and spray the whole belt. Work the belt in and out spraying each time front and back if really stiff. Keeps belts from fraying edges and getting stuck out which is a massive ball ache on somethings like a 30 seat coach. Luckily I just work on wagons but we do it every month at service and we haven't had any problems since :D

When it comes to windows and mirrors, I always soak a paper towel or rag in whatever window cleaner I use to get dirt and spots then after I do that I notice streaks. If you go over the window or what ever you are cleaning with a clean and dry rag or paper towel the streaks will be gone and it will look like the window isn’t even there. It takes extra time and scrubbing but I’m always satisfied to think I don’t have a window or windshield.
