Not going to lie, I didn’t know you were supposed to do any of that…. Had it for a year and a half and it’s started to have really weak suction. I guess I’ll do this now

This was a good cleaner until it was just over a year old then the suction went. Avoid.

Thank you for your comment. We would recommend cleaing the filters thoroughly, allowing to completely dry, refitting and trying again.
