When you think of water, its usually clear or blue. Since water itself is clear, it will reflect the color of the pool. Most people wouldnt like to swim in green water since its seen as dirty or unnatural

Good news! This actually happens because your brain thinks you’re awake but your muscles are paralyzed do to a hormone you’re body produces when you’re asleep to stop you from moving, basically you’re brain get startled forcing your muscles to move. It’s call a Hypnic Jerk! Really fascinating to read about!

Apparently it’s called a Hypnic jerk, nothing to do with heart rate. It causes you to feel like your falling due to the sudden muscle twitches. Caffeine can cause thus as well as medication, nighttime exercise, stress & anxiety, external noise and bright lights. (Please do research to find out more, I’m not an expert but this has happened to me before and it is very common).
