In this video, my productive days. I organized the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. I made an organizer by recycling boxes from kitchen utensils. Baked a delicious pumpkin cake 🥧

Pumpkin muffin recipe
Ingredients:
2 eggs
200 gr wheat flour (I had 130 gr whole wheat rice flour + 70 gr almond flour)
200 gr pumpkin puree (can be squeezed)
120 gr sugar (I had 100 gr, I don't like sweet things)
10 g baking powder
75 gr sunflower oil
100 gr raisins (I had dried cranberries)
0.5 teaspoon nutmeg + cinnamon
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and butter
2. In another bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, mix and incorporate into the batter with a spatula.
3. Stir in the pumpkin puree, then the raisins
4. Place in a preheated oven preheated to 160 degrees for 45-60 minutes (check for doneness with a wooden stick).
