I do like your machine. It would be nice if you had metal wheels and a more affordable option for different sized cases like the Ugly Annealer. If doing multiple calibers of varying sizes, you have to purchase those extra wheel kits for your annealer. With the other it comes with inserts that cover all the cases, plus two extra wheels for short cases. I know the other costs a bit more but only about $50-$60 dollars more. I really would have liked to have your annealer on my wish list but wheels that can be damaged if flame is adjusted wrong and the extra expense and hassle of having to purchase other wheel kits for all my calibers kind of makes my decision more than the basic product. Most people would pay a little more for a lot more. I do think you have a fine product I just wish it was a bit more upgraded with the wheels being metal and all calibers capability. If one has to purrchase wheel kits separately if you can find them, you have to pay shipping on top of that it isn't a good deal.

shipping is always included in the price.. metal wheels will not provide the same service and the nylon.. best thing with the wheels i make is the melting point of the material.. it's 500F.. first clue you are getting the body of the case too hot, if you notice specs of it on your case..

Thank you for the informative video, Jeff. I have had Gen 1 for about 7 years but have been away from reloading for 3+ hrs. I am now back in the game. I just sat down to anneal some 270 brass and never could get that clean, crisp, flame in the center of the flame. Any ideas?

Let’s say one has a GEN 1 and didn’t know they were supposed to clean the wheels until today. And now, after several years of use, the blue tape is worn down and losing it effectiveness… is there a place that one could purchase new tape? I have a friend who was asking.

the blue coating on the bottom wheel is not tape.. it's a high temp Permatex that can be found at most any auto parts store.. we smear it on, smooth it out and let it cure..

If ones wheels are really old and one didn’t know how to clean them until today, is there a tape that one could buy to replace the old blue tape?🧐
