Just a suggestion, if you want. You should try to put up a cabinet or some other storage item for your laundry essentials for that bare corner unless you already have it designated for something else. I'm new here.

Would it be helpful to get a rectangular basket to corral all of the bottles to the left side on top of the dryer? You will only have to move the basket for cleaning (line it with aluminum foil) and also have full access to the control dials and buttons.
