I have a tip for the spices jars and the expiry date issue. You can get those small white stickers, write the expiry date and stick at the bottom of the jar. It won't be visible to anyone and you can always refer there instead of putting away your beautiful jars.

For the Dania to last long cut the roots ,put a clean serviette at the bottom of a container place the Dania inside then cover the top with another serviette then the container top,put it in the fridge they will last for two weeks or more ☺️...your videos are just the best Maggie♥️

Try using the silicone icecube makers for your ginger and garlic for ease of storage and use. Silicone coz its easy to remove a cube for use. Same can also be used for purred tomatoes though in bigger sizes.
