Allow yourself to feel it and attend to it by putting it in its rightful place. I love the fact that you're able to self regulate coz that way you have victory over that inner critic voice. Give it a name and shut it up consciously every time it comes to put you down. It will separate itself. You are doing just fine dear and you will overcome beautifully. As for the sunscreen, kama bado iko, I would love to try it. I haven't used any before and do not even have a routine. This would set me up to a good start. Thank you.
