You guys for some reason why thai people never get fat and very healthy I recommended for the foreigner make papaya salad without using pickled fish coz they might not used to be with . Fish sauce its kinda safe for specific the foreigner due too as thai people we have been learning to eat picked fish since early age like this our stomachs are used to be with. You can find thai fish sauce in Asian grocery or Asian super market in usa or around the world .

I’ve seen a lot of Thai people overweight. And some obese. I think it’s the American food and Thai sweets because the Thais that are heavy tend to be middle class and not the ones in poverty. Just check out a random channel of walking tours of Bangkok and you’ll see what I mean
