I use this to go to sleep, the air condition sound and the echo is perfect for relaxing sounds to me. And after a while I can't even hear what is said, just relaxing vent sounds =D.. And ofc also for the crack.. I mean cracks ^^

So....ya im calling bs on the scraping. Now dont get me wrong. Im sure its therapeutic, however, it shows up on areas on this akin against bone? Pretty much everyone, everywhere has some sort of lower back issues, so when you scrape someones lowere back, why doesnt everyone just light up?
