4:1 water to muriatic acid. Just what I needed to know. I bet this is 1/3 the price of barnacle buster.. and the blue dye in that just makes it harder to see what progress you are making. Thanks !

Can I ask why you bypassed the engine water pump? Could you not do this with the engine running?

Do you neutralize after the process using baking soda? Muriatic acid is quite corrosive.
