We owned a restaurant business for ten years. I burn a new skillet back to bare metal in the oven on 'clean' cycle. After it cools to a couple hundred degrees, I oil all surfaces with coconut oil. With the pan in the oven, I heat the oven to 350°, shut it off, and leave the pan in the oven overnight. . Rough cooking surfaces get a couple-three hours with the DA orbital sander. I use 40-grit, and a pan might need a couple-three fresh discs before I am satisfied.

I switched from my battery charger to a battery and jumper cables because my charger doesn't actually put out any voltage unless it detects that it is connected to a battery.

@@craftzmanchris9859 Cool. Thank you for the explanation. I was wondering because it seemed like switching the electrodes would "undo" anything that had previously been accomplished by the process.

@castironchaos11 ай бұрын
Cast-iron geeks, of which I am one, know that Wagner made a lot of pans without their famous logo during that time, especially to sell at discount stores like Woolworths. During the 1950s, they used that typewriter style font on the markings on their pans. Meanwhile, in the early 1960s, they started putting a MADE IN USA mark on their pans. That means this pan was definitely made before the 1960s.

Depends on how bad it is. You may be able to get away a brillow pad with soap and water or you could use a drill/grinder and a wire wheel. A wire brush, hammer and chisel, chainmail scrubber and oven cleaner are all tools you could use. I prefer electrolysis because it does all the hard work for you! Honestly if you have a set of jumper cables you could set a bucket out in front of your car and use your car battery as the voltage source. Very easy and cheap to do that way.

1 Corinthians 15:51-55 (KJV) Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

Im here to say that Jesus deeply loves the person reading this and everything will be okay if you trust him as savior. He's coming back soon to take his people home in the prophesied event of the rapture (1 Thess. 4:16-17). Its time to get right with God. Good deeds and clean living do not take you to heaven but faith in Jesus will. (Acts 16:31, Rom. 10:9-10, John 3:16) Good people don't go to heaven, forgiven people do. "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved". Acts 16:31 ✝️❤🙏🎉
