Cleaning Silo Trench, Harvesting Sunflowers with New Combine | Fichthal V2 Farm | FS 22 | ep #23

Welcome back to the Fichthal V2 Farm Timelapse. Initially, our priority lies in ensuring the well-being of our cows, which involves providing them with nourishing feed. Subsequently, we undertake the task of clearing the silage trench. Utilizing a wheel loader, we efficiently transfer the silage into a trailer destined for the feed mixer. Additionally, we streamline operations by relocating straw bales, loading them into both a mixer and a thermal power plant.
As our sunflower fields reach maturity, anticipation builds for the impending harvest. To optimize our efforts, we opt to invest in a new combine. This decision leads us to part ways with our old DEUTZ-FAHR TOPLINER 4090H combine, making room for the acquisition of a TWIN-SCREW XBR2 harvester, equipped for corn and sunflower harvesting. With preparations underway, the new combine is deployed to the initial field.
Supporting the combine harvester are essential companions in our agricultural endeavor: a CLAAS Xerion 3000 tractor accompanied by an auger trailer, alongside a reliable FIAT 190-38 ITRunner truck. Once the harvest is complete, we oversee the transportation of the yield for processing, specifically to extract sunflower oil, a vital ingredient utilized in chip production.
