So, the inmates have taken over the asylum, eh? Well, you guys did one helluva job and John should be rightfully proud. Josh, you did a good job as the emcee. For a first time at the mic you have a little ways to go, but remember that when John started out with the commentary he wasn’t as smooth or glib as he is now. As the video progressed you kept improving and your explanations of the situation were spot on. With a little more experience you’ll be superb and sound like you’ve been doing it for years. Just think about what you want to say next and go over it your mind. You have an incredible presence; the camera loves you. As the business keeps growing and John branches out into formal advertising, you’d make a great spokesman. You guys worked well together without the Boss. I would think Willie, being a dominant personality, took a lot of John’s role, but again, you guys are so fluid one can’t help but be impressed. Good job, guys, look for ward to seeing more of you in future videos. When John sees this he’ll know everything’s in good hands.

Have you guys looked into using goats to clear brush? Some customers might be interested who can wait a few days for the animals to do their thing and it would mean you can get on with other jobs elsewhere with the machinery. I accept it would be a bit more work to manage them but they are effective!
