I know this Video is about BatBilly however I had a clutch game while I was using the Skill Check Build Built to Last Stake Out/Streetwise Hyperfocus Deadline Medkit with Surgical Suture and either a charge add on for the medkit or the weaker suture for Great Skill checks and almost insta heals
