Cleaning up the Dam during Droughts

Drought is bad you think.... ? Actually it's essential for the modern Australian farming systems .. we have learned to live with drought and use it to our benefit. We have super low numbers of humans doing in incredibly huge workload.. droughts free us up to make Big improvements... such as preparing for the next one.
