@Seb I have a curious question. I apologise if it's already known, I just would like to know. I wondered if for the very messy rugs, or any rug for that matter. Is it possible to have them completely submerged in water, such as a large tub of some sort, and let them soak for a day? I wondered if this would get most of all the dirt out of them? I also considered that in doing this, it could soak the rug fabric apart. Thank you for answering my question, love the work you do!

Yes, we actually do that for many carpets, especially ones that need to be disinfected and we need to soak them in special detergent. It doesnt't harm them, unless it's a glued rug which usually shouldn't be soaked with water at all. In that case it's possible for the rug to fall apart so we need to be very careful with those.

Salut! Nous sommes une blanchisserie de tapis. Les clients nous apportent leurs tapis à nettoyer (environ 100 tapis par jour). Ils sont dans des états variés et certains sont plus sales que d’autres. Nous vous montrons les plus sales (ils sont souvent conservés à l'extérieur comme tapis d'entrée, dans les garages, les magasins ou les chantiers).

Hi! We are a carpet laundry. Clients brings their carpets for us to clean (about 100 rugs a day). They are in various condition and some of them are more dirty than the others. We show you the dirtiest ones (often they are kept outside as entrance matts, in garages, shops or construction sites).

I have questions... first of all, who would have a rug that nasty in their home?! I wouldn't let my dog on a rug like that. Wouldn't it smell? Second of all...theses pieces are always five by seven, never any bigger. These rugs are always the same amount of filthy...no pattern really visable. The filth is always the same color and consistency. Goes from chocolate syrup color to mocha to clean. Lastly, A rug that filthy would likely have stains that won't come out no matter how many times you scrub it. Once these pieces are clean...they're pristine! Not in the real world. Something smells fishy in Poland? Czechoslovakia? Slovenia...

We show you the dirtiest ones (often they are kept outside as entrance matts, in garages, shops or construction sites). We choose the rugs with the right size for us (the bigger ones dont fit in rthe camera angle, the smaller ones rotate with the brush), so we clean those off-camera. The stains are often there, but they are not that visible from far and if the carpet is wet. Many stains show up after drying. I hope it explains a bit!

Your drains in this room are rubbish, you spray the dirt away, it splashes everywhere then starts to pore back to the rug, you need better drainage and a tilt on the floor. You did an amazing job with this rug x
