I'm not sure that's something to be grateful for, but if you're somewhere without access to decent healthcare fair enough.

@@MAJSav-xk7dp the naturopaths chiropractors acupuncturists... all the real doctors and healers that actually made patients accountable for what they thought, how they live their lives, and what they put in their bodies... who were doing real work back in the early 1900s had to experience a Witch Hunt when Rockefeller went after them for doing the right things and actual healing and eradicating. Mother Earth has everything we need and always have. It's those who keep creating the illnesses behind the scenes to impact the masses with and then pretend to come up with a solution which all line their pockets.. that is why we have the corrupt system that we do. Doctors do not get to the root cause they are mostly glorified drug dealers, .. that typically just stifle and suppress with pills and injections. The system needs customers, so working in Healthcare 20 years, I've observed that system is deliberately designed to perpetuated and do harm versus following their oath. Very grateful that people are waking up to truth and how they've been running in circles supporting insurance companies and contributing to the rise of a system that does not Empower you, it actually makes you a Slave

This guy has helped me with my COPD 💯. I have made his Ginger, Honey, Thyme tea and it's brilliant. I'm not a fan of thyme, so I drink, Fresh pressed ginger, Manuka honey, in Organic Green Tea twice daily. OMG, it works. I'm not struggling for breath and my inhalers are only used once or twice a day instead of constantly. The breathing technique is hard to master, but it becomes second nature. You wouldn't believe the difference from shallow mouth breathing. ❤ this man. No BS, no selling gimmicks. 😊😊😊

All good advice but there is a shortcut that beats them all. It's called a bicycle. I smoked for 9 years in my youth. One day I decided that quitting smoking was needed but riding a bike would be the exact opposite of smoking. So I started riding 4-5 times a week. It took about 2 months for my lungs to be completely empty from the effects of smoking. My doctor said I had pink lungs. I am 70 years old now and still riding my bike almost every day. Lowered my BP too. Of all of the decisions I have made in my life (and there have been a few bad ones) the ONE decision that has been the most beneficial is the one to replace smoking with bicycling. And you can do it sitting down. And it is free with no gym costs or paperwork or permission needed etc. Put your phone away. Internalize your mission and just do it. You will feel better on many levels and never regret this kind of decision. And your pants will fit better. 😊

Your holistic approach to health management is refreshing. Not to sound too grim, but the solutions you present would especially be invaluable if the grid went down where people would need to learn how to produce for themselves without the benefit of commercial manufacturers and medical providors.

Always appreciate and respect Dr. MANDELL'S HOMEPATHIC, NUTRITIONAL & PREVENTATIVE ADVICE! HE is top-notch... I prefer to listen to him over anyone else out there. He gets to the point, breaks it down, and explains it in laymens' terms. The end result..is we are making the 'connection' to vital health information and incorporating changes & choices that readily impact us. Why choose meds when we can self treat and enhance our own health with homeopathic remedies??!! I would prefer herbs over supporting the evils of big pharma...any day of the week.. Absolutely 💯% grateful for all this amazing information and insight!!! Thank you! 👍

Could be many things with insomnia. Magnesium can be lacking. Many types. Try L- threonate. L- tryptophan helps. Don't eat heavy meals 3 to 5 hrs before bed. Ashwaganda herb. Of course dairy before bed. Not much. There is all kinds of concoctions I've seen on the net. The over the counter drugs like benadryl PM can't help but it doesn't fix the long term problem. Unisom has helped me. The " succinate " one has worked for me but I only use half the 25 mg and that seems to be a sweet spot. They say don't get dependent but....sometimes u just gotta get sleep to kick start and get your circadian back on schedule. I have had insomnia before and now trying different things has helped. I read an article that said force yourself to get real tired by making sure you set the same time to bed and getting up no matter how sleepy or tired. This will force your body into a circadian rhythm . Hope that helps.
